💰 $70,000 - $180,000 per year
About the role
- conduct on-site education and consulting for the MR Patient Care (MRPC) monitoring product portfolio
- create and manage customer relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
- represent and champion clinical applications support needs for Philips MRPC customers
- focus on clinical uses, education and improving customer workflows
- work closely with internal partners (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and end users in pre and post-sale situations
- apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and key accounts
- deliver clinical applications and clinical sales support for assigned Midwest territory
- capture customer feedback using the Customer Feedback System and monitor/report customer satisfaction
- act as a clinical resource for other areas of the business and participate in customer and team experience improvements
- deliver weekly reports and administrative documentation as required
- travel ~80% and provide post-sales clinical education and pre-sales evaluation support
Requirements
- 4 + years in-depth knowledge of the critical care environment(s)
- Radiology experience and/or knowledge a plus
- ability to communicate well and build strong rapport with sales and clinical teams
- clinical teaching/in-servicing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent (RN)
- current nursing license
- advanced computer skills and understanding

- ability to be managed remotely
- work in ever-changing environments
- strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- Willingness to travel overnight 80% of the time
- live within 1 hour of a major airport
- valid Driver's License for company car
