About the role

  • Identify and engage prioritized external organizations to collaborate on technical and commercial challenges and opportunities
  • Lead partnership development: organize, orchestrate, and programmatically deliver joint initiatives
  • Discover, capture, and report patterns and learnings from customers and partners back to the business
  • Develop and hold relationships with key influencers across partner organizations to accelerate sustainable business growth
  • Align partner assets to tailor Philips value chain, remove undifferentiated heavy lifting, and jointly produce thought leadership and commercial impact reflected in the P&L
  • Collaborate with colleagues across core informatics businesses to identify M&A opportunities, support due diligence, and support post-merger integration
  • Inform, influence, and contribute to work across sales, marketing, strategy, and product teams
  • Contribute to development of the informatics business strategy
  • Create and deliver plans to drive business development and partnership development anchored in business strategy
  • Execute in face of ambiguity and influence both externally and internally

Requirements

  • Degree in MBA, coupled with a technical (computer science, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership in leveraging strategic partners to drive both top line and bottom-line impact
  • Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with the C-level leadership
  • Proven track record of executing mergers, acquisitions, and divestments to maximize value; successful business integrations and carveouts
  • Experience with healthcare IT and AI domain and its core ecosystem, its trends, and common inorganic accelerators to impact the business operations
  • Familiarity with overall software value chain, and opportunities for impact
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Strong bias for action to navigate ambiguity and deep ownership to drive impact
  • Ability to earn trust externally and internally
  • Confidence to drive speaking engagements at conferences and industry events, or publication outlets
  • Comfortable and effective interaction with technical and clinical experts
  • Willingness to work in-person at least 3 days per week
