About the role
- Support for solution designs and demo installations
- Collaborate with various functions within the HPM business unit
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding system enhancements
- Define, install, and configure integration solutions
- Perform functional and workflow testing (HL7, API, FHIR, IHE protocols)
- Develop technical solutions for project-specific issues
- Brief customers on technical specifications
- Provide remote support and on-site assistance to resolve issues
- Manage and perform software updates and product fixes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Informatics, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in customer-facing roles within the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of Windows client, server, and network systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with clinical IT transfer protocols such as DICOM, HL7, and Internet/network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP)
- Experience configuring interface engines/brokers, preferably Rhapsody
- Experience with database queries (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
- Strong IT and networking knowledge, with analytical and troubleshooting skills in interfaces/integration
- Experience with HPM solutions and clinical IT workflows is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
