About the role
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams for data-driven improvements
- Manage Voice-of-Customer (VOC) initiatives and generate analytics for improvement
- Use AI and digital tools to analyze structured and unstructured data
- Create real-time customer journey insights and support decision-making
- Lead initiatives for digital features, process enhancements, and best practices
- Communicate insights using data visualizations
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a related field (master’s degree a plus)
- 5+ years of analytical experience incorporating customer CRM and transactional data
- hands-on expertise in advanced analytics, AI, automation, and digitalization projects
- strong emphasis on Power BI, Azure Databricks, Excel
- strong skills in creatively communicating complex insights to diverse audiences up to C-Suite level
