About the role
- Gather inputs, create facilitator-led and digital course/curriculum outlines, and build engaging learning activities for Philips field and customers
- Work with stakeholders across the business including markets, product ownership, end users, and the HPM education services team
- Collaborate with instructional designers, delivery specialists, and subject matter experts to generate ideas for creating engaging learning activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing learning materials in a variety of formats and assessment techniques
- Experience working with IT or technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Apply adult learning methodologies and a variety of tested learning theories
- Bachelor’s degree and ideally an advanced degree or certification in the learning/education domain
