About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of the Europe IGTS Commercial Excellence strategy ensuring alignment with the global IGTS business ambition.
  • Drive standardization and rigor in leveraging Installed Base and Customer Data to inform commercial discipline and strategy execution in IGTS Zone teams and the Zones commercial organisations.
  • Partner closely with IGTS Zone Business Leaders, Zone Leaders and the Zone Sales Excellence teams to ensure consistent application of best practices and the adoption of data-driven decision-making.
  • Support IGTS Zone Business Leaders in translating insights into commercial planning at the zone/district level for IGTS.
  • Define a strong reporting governance to monitor OIT performance and win/loss to create a true learning organization across all EU sales teams engaged in IGTS.
  • Lead initiatives to develop and train commercial talent across the region working with the Zone Sales Excellence Managers, embedding consistent sales methodologies, technical training, and commercial competencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial excellence, business strategy, or transformation within a complex, matrixed commercial organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering transformation programs with measurable impact.
  • Demonstrated consulting and change management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in performance management frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, PRIDE, daily management).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for an EU/international environment.
  • Energetic, structured, and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, complex business context.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
