About the role
- Act as the technical escalation owner for the Zone.
- Provide expert remote diagnostics and on-site support to resolve complex product and clinical issues.
- Lead escalation management for modality-specific issues across the Zone.
- Mentor Field Service Engineers to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor demand and capacity to ensure timely TSS coverage.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of technical service experience in the relevant product/modality domain (Computed Tomography experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration ability and can lead escalation teams.
- Customer-focused, comfortable presenting technical information to diverse stakeholders.
