About the role

  • Act as the technical escalation owner for the Zone.
  • Provide expert remote diagnostics and on-site support to resolve complex product and clinical issues.
  • Lead escalation management for modality-specific issues across the Zone.
  • Mentor Field Service Engineers to maintain service excellence.
  • Monitor demand and capacity to ensure timely TSS coverage.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of technical service experience in the relevant product/modality domain (Computed Tomography experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration ability and can lead escalation teams.
  • Customer-focused, comfortable presenting technical information to diverse stakeholders.
