About the role

  • Sets strategic direction within project(s) and related programs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives and supporting the company’s strategic vision.
  • Manages multiple large-scale projects of 1–2 years’ duration with diverse and innovative goals, essential to the Personal Health strategy and long-term success, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Leads and guides diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, efficiency, and effectiveness to achieve project goals and deliverables in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to support project success and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Anticipates and responds to stakeholder and customer needs promptly and professionally, ensuring that project outcomes align with expectations and contribute to overall satisfaction.
  • Identifies and leverages organizational opportunities to create business value, aligning project goals with strategic objectives and continuously seeking areas for innovation and improvement.
  • Monitors and manages project risks and issues, providing detailed escalation reports to senior management and ensuring proactive risk mitigation and timely resolution of challenges.
  • Applies an advanced understanding of Philips PM Standards (PMBok/PDLM/SIM/SAFe) to ensure that project management practices align with organizational expectations and industry best practices, while continuously improving processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 5 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Project Management, Business Strategy or equivalent.
  • Master Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.
  • Preferred Certification: Philips PM Practitioner Certification
  • Strong capabilities in program and change management, stakeholder partnership, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence, learning agility, and sound business acumen.
  • Proven ability to foster ownership, customer centricity, and servant leadership within cross-functional environments.
  • Affinity with AI and emerging technologies, with a focus on driving performance and innovation.
