Account Manager

• Develop, manage and grow strategic international customers
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and coordinate internal stakeholders
• Drive the implementation of account plans aligned with the company’s global strategy
• Manage a portfolio of international key accounts, ensuring strong and long-lasting relationships
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and in new markets
• Serve as the primary contact for all commercial and contractual matters for assigned accounts
• Understand customer needs, challenges and decision-making processes to provide tailored solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular reviews, business meetings and performance reporting
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and annual agreements with key customers
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, tenders and presentations
• Monitor sales performance, margins and volumes to ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service and Product teams to ensure seamless execution for key accounts
• Coordinate forecasts and demand planning with internal stakeholders
• Provide feedback from the market and customers to support product development and strategic decisions
• Track and analyze sales performance, KPIs and market trends for each key account
• Prepare regular reports and business reviews for management
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and other relevant systems
