Requirements

3+ years’ experience in Benefits Administration, Health & Wellness Consulting, Rewards Management, or Human Resources
Knowledge of U.S. benefits plans, with specific experience in health plans/wellness programs
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong vendor management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
