About the role
- Driving the adoption of Philip’s project methodology across the Digital Computational Pathology (DCP) North American team.
- Ensure that all deliverables have been met including, but not limited to, systems installation and integration, clinical and technical consulting, training and education and customer success deliverables.
- Managing all project deliverables and resources for your own projects.
- Monitoring the customer success criteria and project budget during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and customer impact.
- Leading resource planning, revenue forecasting and coordination across multiple DCP projects with other DCP Project Managers.
- Leading the planning of order fulfillment and delivery across multiple DCP projects working with other Project Managers, Supply Chain and Logistics leaders.
- You must be willing to travel up to 50% within North America.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- 3+ years of project management or related work experience, healthcare industry or customer service preferred
- Ability to collect, analyze, manage, and present data and information to all levels within the company and at customer sites.
- The applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role).
- PMI certification obtainment is required within a specific time of an employee’s start date in the CPM/CDM role.
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
