About the role
- Lead analytics initiatives that span operational excellence, revenue analytics, and supply chain performance within the International Region
- Execute operational excellence initiatives with alignment to organizational goals
- Apply Lean, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving methodologies
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and models for revenue tracking
- Provide analysis of sales funnel dynamics, revenue risks, and opportunities
- Design and implement supply chain analytics strategies including demand planning and inventory optimization
- Collaborate with international leadership, business groups, and teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Revenue Forecasting and Analytics, or Business Process Improvement
- Strong experience in data analysis, KPI management, and dashboard automation using tools like Excel and Power BI
- Skilled in demand forecasting and inventory analytics
- Hands-on expertise in data integration, including working with systems like SFDC and Control Tower
- Solid business and financial acumen to support strategic decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-regional collaboration skills
- Focus on data validation and process optimization
