About the role
- Setting operational objectives, guiding the sales operations team, recommending policy changes
- Enhancing process efficiency, managing contract lifecycles, and analyzing sales data
- Overseeing the entire sales compensation cycle, including target-setting and implementation
- Driving continuous improvement in sales operations processes through data-driven insights
- Analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights for refining sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent
- Expertise in operational management and strategy implementation
- Proficient in KPI monitoring, reporting, and quota setting
- Strong analytical skills using Excel and Power BI
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and segmentation targeting
