About the role
- Lead financial planning for Colombia and Puerto Rico including budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct complex financial analysis such as profitability and ROI assessments
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders,
- Monitor financial health, ensure compliance with internal controls and lead improvements
Requirements
- +5 years of experience as a regional Finance Business Partner in Latin America
- Skills: Crisis Management, Forecasting, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Risk Management, Budget Management, Stakeholder Partnership
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA is a plus
- Experience in Power BI and Excel Advanced
- Speak Bilingual English
