About the role
- Consult with healthcare institutions to ensure successful integration of solutions into the customer IT environment
- Act as subject matter expert for complex IT concepts within the specialization for local implementation teams
- Deploy and/or integrate software solutions for complex IT solutions carrying proprietary real-time life-critical data
- Educate customers on system maintenance
- Document solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development
- Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedback
Requirements
- at least 5 years of professional working experience in the IT technologies or electronics industry
- Experience with patient monitoring systems, telemetry units highly preferred
- Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or other related disciplines or 9+ years of related experience
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
