About the role
- Drive transformational change across all businesses and regions through deployment of strategic projects and programs
- Manage strategic global projects in the field of Service parts supply chain, Service part repair and Circular Equipment regionalization
- Create, monitor and evaluate business case throughout project lifecycle
- Establish and nurture partnerships with stakeholders internally and externally
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline supply chain processes
- Analyze customer expectations and feedback to enhance project deliverables
- Contextualize organizational goals within project frameworks
- Control project timelines and resource allocations
- Handle project activities rigorously, balancing risk management and issue escalation
- Provide clear and actionable progress reports to project steering teams
- Leverage CLS PMO approved project frameworks to enhance project delivery capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, supply chain, or equivalent field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain and project management
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred but not mandatory
- Goal/result-oriented and driven to achieve results
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management
- Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to executive management
- Experience working in a global role, preferred
- Experience working with third parties, preferred
- Experience in change management
- Conceptual thinker with hands-on ability to execute
- Willingness to travel as required
- Self-motivated and directed
- Flexibility regarding work timelines and business needs
