About the role
- Participate in the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements
- Draft, review, and revise various client-facing contracts
- Interface with corporate stakeholders legal, finance, and other supporting cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with various partners to ensure contracts are understood and set up properly
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, revising and interpreting contracts
- Knowledge of contract and business law (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Adobe
- Bachelor's degree, and/or MBA degree preferred OR Education and experience equivalent to eight or more years related experience required
- Paralegal Certificate desired
