  • Deliver advanced technical expertise for wireless patient monitoring systems across healthcare environments
  • Lead complex troubleshooting and drive service strategy improvements
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and continuously refine product and solution support strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert providing advanced (Level 3) escalation and diagnostic support

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
  • Biomedical or Hospital IT background or extensive knowledge in healthcare connectivity environments
  • Experience with wireless networking (802.11)
  • Network troubleshooting and tools such as Wireshark, Ekahau, NetAlly, and Omnipeek
  • CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or CWTS certification (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and scripting skills
