About the role
- Deliver advanced technical expertise for wireless patient monitoring systems across healthcare environments
- Lead complex troubleshooting and drive service strategy improvements
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and continuously refine product and solution support strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert providing advanced (Level 3) escalation and diagnostic support
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- Biomedical or Hospital IT background or extensive knowledge in healthcare connectivity environments
- Experience with wireless networking (802.11)
- Network troubleshooting and tools such as Wireshark, Ekahau, NetAlly, and Omnipeek
- CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or CWTS certification (or equivalent)
- Strong communication, analytical, and scripting skills
