About the role
- Own/maintain/grow existing business and deliver the scope of work for clients.
- Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Support enterprise sales and new business opportunities.
- Develop, facilitate, and reassess water management programs.
- Track client-facing performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- A STEM degree is preferred but not required.
- Direct experience with our Sales processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and “EQ”.
- Solid understanding of our service delivery processes.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement via structured training.
