About the role

Requirements

  • Knowledge of networking, e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, NAT
  • Experience in troubleshooting and log analysis (e.g., Wireshark)
  • Basic understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols
  • Experience handling support tickets and using support tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Basic skills in Windows and Linux
  • An interest in IT security and modern security principles (e.g., SSL, Zero Trust)
  • The ability to provide clear technical instructions, both spoken and written
