About the role
- Own the Product Roadmap: Define and deliver the vision for AI-powered search, personalization, and workflow automation features that create tangible business outcomes.
- Ship Real AI Features: Work from idea → launch on capabilities like semantic search, recommendations, conversational admin tools, and automated metadata tagging.
- Be the Technical Glue: Write clear, technically precise user stories, partner with engineers on APIs and data pipelines, and remove blockers quickly.
- Drive Clarity & Prioritization: Capture and refine requirements when they’re ambiguous, and partner with client stakeholders to align priorities and decisions.
- Identify Risks Early: Surface blockers, raise risks quickly, and adapt plans to keep sprints and releases on track.
- Lead Agile Delivery: Own the backlog, run agile ceremonies, and ensure delivery momentum while maintaining high standards of usability, performance, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2).
- Focus on Outcomes: Define clear success metrics and use data to validate product impact, continuously iterating to deliver measurable business value.
- Be an AI Evangelist: Champion AI product thinking internally and externally, share best practices, and inspire teams to adopt AI-native ways of working.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering digital products.
- 1–2 years of hands-on AI product experience, shipping AI/ML-powered features (semantic search, recommendations, chat/LLM integrations, workflow automation).
- AI-native workstyle: Actively uses AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation hubs) for product work such as research, backlog refinement, or story writing.
- Strong understanding of agile development practices and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or product analytics platforms.
- Experience with web-based applications, including data-driven websites/portals, APIs, and CMS or CRM integrations.
- Proven ability to simplify complex requirements and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive product practices.
