About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operation, support and continuous development of our IT infrastructure
Administration of our Cisco network and telephony environment (including Cisco Call Manager)
Technical point of contact for employees on infrastructure and network issues
Gradual takeover of 2nd-level support tasks for selected specialized applications
Execution of regular maintenance and optimization measures
Participation in the replacement and modernization of existing technologies
Identification of optimization potentials and assessment of risks
Planning and implementation of projects in the areas of IT security, availability and performance
Close collaboration with adjacent IT teams and active contribution of your own ideas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training in the IT field or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in networking
Strong knowledge of Cisco networks, ideally including Cisco Call Manager
CCNA certification is an advantage
Analytical mindset as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
High self-motivation and willingness to perform
Good command of German, spoken and written
