IXOS Specialist – Field Service

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advising pharmacy customers on the IXOS pharmacy software
- Supporting customers during the transition to the new system
- Technical project preparation, initial onboarding and follow-up training
- Contributing individual expertise and providing support within the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training as a PTA or PKA (pharmaceutical-technical assistant or pharmaceutical-commercial assistant)
- Good knowledge of IXOS
- Careful, structured and methodical way of working
- Team player
- Valid driving license (Class 3/B)
