About the role

  • Lead and further develop the product management team
  • Structure and prioritize focus areas, requirements, and product initiatives in close collaboration with Development, Marketing, and Sales
  • Promote a cross-product perspective to create synergies between the market and internal stakeholders and to ensure a consistent product strategy
  • Support product managers in defining product and feature topics, go-to-market activities, and the development of corresponding roadmaps
  • Act as a central interface to adjacent departments and represent product management in cross-functional projects
  • Represent PHARMATECHNIK and product management externally, e.g., through technical presentations, webinars, or conference appearances
  • Further develop and manage the continuous improvement process within product management
  • Work closely with Marketing to systematically incorporate market and customer feedback into product design
  • Provide sparring and strategic alignment with the Director Product Management & Marketing to jointly shape department direction and priority setting

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in product management for software solutions, ideally with exposure to the healthcare sector or the pharmacy market
  • Initial experience leading teams or in a coordinating/senior role within a product environment
  • Strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and act operationally
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to support and develop the team
  • High empathy combined with a structured working style and strong results orientation
