About the role

  • You will work in a team of technicians to plan and install inventory/ERP systems, including the required devices, components and networks.
  • You will acquire knowledge on setting up, configuring/migrating and monitoring server and client systems, peripherals and networking within the LAN (Local Area Network).
  • You will be trained to identify, analyse and resolve faults to ensure the continuous operational functionality of IT systems.
  • You will learn to advise customers, communicate technical solutions and handle support requests to resolve IT issues effectively.
  • You will help shape projects and learn how to plan, execute and document them.

Requirements

  • Good secondary-school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) with a technical focus
  • Good grades in Mathematics, German and English
  • Strong interest in IT
  • Willingness and enjoyment in working as part of a team
  • Technical curiosity, quick comprehension and ability to learn
  • Commitment and ability to work independently
  • Enthusiasm for working with computers and related peripherals
