About the role
- Define and develop the functional specifications for the practice management system (LinuDent)
- Perform functional and integration tests
- Support colleagues via the helpdesk and provide application support
- Conduct internal staff training on new software features
- Advise colleagues on professional/clinical questions
Requirements
- Completed training as a ZMV (m/f/d)
- At least two years of professional experience in a dental and/or orthodontic (KFO) practice
- Solid billing knowledge of BEMA/GOZ
- Interest in modern IT systems and innovative solutions
- Careful, structured and systematic way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
