About the role
- Administration and further development of our system landscape with a focus on virtualization, SAN & backup environments, and Microsoft 365 Cloud
- Independent planning and execution of projects and measures in the infrastructure area
- Ensuring uninterrupted and high-performance data center operations
- Proactive administration and maintenance of IT documentation
- Development of automation measures within your areas of product responsibility
- Competent and communicative contact person for team colleagues in the context of 2nd and 3rd level support
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree or vocational training in the IT field
- At least 6 years of professional experience in complex IT environments
- Very good, demonstrable knowledge of VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper-V, PowerShell scripting, and NetApp storage data center solutions
- Microsoft 365 Cloud services (Azure AD / identity and access management), System Center (software/OS deployment, troubleshooting)
- Experience planning and implementing complex initiatives in a structured project format
- Goal-oriented working style with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
