About the role
- Manage the Compliance training program
- Collaborate with managers to identify and address learning needs
- Promote adoption of industry best practices
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Oversee governance of training records
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or in an industry that uses GMP quality systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training or training management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in people management and building high-performing teams
- Knowledge of Canadian and US Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
