About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Working as part of an Agile delivery team, supporting the testing of new and existing features
  • Learning how to analyse requirements and understand how systems should behave
  • Executing manual and exploratory tests across web and mobile applications
  • Logging defects clearly and accurately using tools such as Jira
  • Supporting regression testing ahead of releases
  • Working closely with developers and senior QA colleagues to understand issues and solutions
  • Gradually learning automation testing concepts and tools as experience grows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A keen eye for detail and a logical, analytical approach to problem‑solving
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Interest in learning test automation
  • Exposure to Agile ways of working
  • Experience working in a similar QA testing role
  • Basic familiarity with software, apps, or digital platforms
  • Awareness of tools such as Jira, Postman, or similar (desirable)
  • A strong interest in technology, software quality, or testing
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback on board
