About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Working as part of an Agile delivery team, supporting the testing of new and existing features
Learning how to analyse requirements and understand how systems should behave
Executing manual and exploratory tests across web and mobile applications
Logging defects clearly and accurately using tools such as Jira
Supporting regression testing ahead of releases
Working closely with developers and senior QA colleagues to understand issues and solutions
Gradually learning automation testing concepts and tools as experience grows

Requirements

What you’ll need

A keen eye for detail and a logical, analytical approach to problem‑solving
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Interest in learning test automation
Exposure to Agile ways of working
Experience working in a similar QA testing role
Basic familiarity with software, apps, or digital platforms
Awareness of tools such as Jira, Postman, or similar (desirable)
A strong interest in technology, software quality, or testing
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback on board
