Work as part of a team of 5–10 software engineers to develop a new and improved single‑platform solution
Develop components for use by key stakeholders across the business, supporting scoping activities and understanding requirements provided by the product function
Leverage AI tooling such as GitHub Copilot and large language models to enhance delivery capability
Contribute to the transition to the strategic technology stack and support the migration away from legacy applications
Review and help shape the technical direction of products through code reviews, suggesting improvements and supporting the development of junior engineers

Requirements

Experience working with .NET (6 / 8 / 10)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL
Experience working in large, complex systems
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
Experience designing and building APIs
Experience with React
Experience using TypeScript
Experience with Next.js
Strong testing mindset, including unit and end‑to‑end testing
Experience with API integration, including REST and GraphQL
Good security awareness, including client‑side and server‑side considerations
Ability to work as a self‑sufficient problem solver, investigating and resolving issues independently
