About the role
- Define and lead Phantom’s lifecycle marketing strategy across all channels: push, email, and in-app surfaces. Own the function from end-to-end, defining how we measure success, priorities, and the future roadmap.
- Own lifecycle marketing key metrics and results, responsible for upwards communication of results to product and growth leadership.
- Build and execute complex CRM campaigns and automations to drive revenue and user engagement and retention.
- Drive the lifecycle marketing experimentation roadmap in partnership with Data Science and Product to unlock key opportunities for product growth.
- Be a key stakeholder of growth across the company, driving the narrative with leadership on the contribution and roadmap for lifecycle initiatives.
- Partner with Product teams to build out holistic lifecycle strategies and automations for new and existing product lines.
- Partner with Brand Design and Product Marketing to design thoughtful, branded experiences and content for lifecycle channels.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience with a proven ability leading the development of complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy-to-execution.
- Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Braze and other campaign-building tools.
- A proven understanding of how to drive lifecycle marketing results in a predominantly B2C setting, with experience working within crypto and FinTech as a big plus.
- Strong skills in analytic tools and knowledge of experimentation principles.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems, with experience building capabilities to elevate the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills and creative intuition to support the building of individual campaigns.
- Expertise in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels (omni-channel).
