Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or a similar performance-driven role.
High comfort level with cold calling, persistence, and managing long-cycle follow-ups.
Strong communicator with the executive presence to engage healthcare stakeholders.
Structured thinker who can prioritize, test, and iterate on sales playbooks.
Tech-forward mindset, enthusiastic about using CRM and AI tools to improve efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
