About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set ambitious goals for student achievement and hold scholars accountable for accomplishing them

Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for working with students and families in under-served communities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Appropriate endorsements, if applicable
- Valid State Teacher License
- Effective pedagogical skills driven by standards and data-driven assessment
- Experience tracking and using data to drive instruction
- Ability to ensure scholars master academic and social skills
- Ability to satisfy physical requirements including standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, lifting 10 pounds, bending, and reaching
