Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for working with students and families in under-served communities
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • Appropriate endorsements, if applicable
  • Valid State Teacher License
  • Effective pedagogical skills driven by standards and data-driven assessment
  • Experience tracking and using data to drive instruction
  • Ability to satisfy physical requirements including extended standing/walking, climbing stairs, lifting 10 pounds, bending, and reaching
