Requirements
What you’ll need- Compliance Data & State Reporting Analyst
- Strong resourcefulness, consistent follow-through on deadlines
- Identify potential high-risk areas
- Ensure adherence to all state and authorizer regulatory reporting requirements
- Expertise in Michigan Department of Education state reporting procedures and requirements
- Strong knowledge of county audit processes
- Experience evaluating district and academy compliance
- Demonstrated experience conducting internal audits
- Proficiency in analyzing SIS data and internal controls
- Experience managing PowerSchool SIS data
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to monitor updates to state regulations and apply changes
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and exercise sound judgment
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
