About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments
Upgrade and optimize vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX infrastructures
Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues
Ensure system security and compliance in accordance with DoD and government standards
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless deployment solutions
Maintain documentation and best practices for VMware environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Secret Clearance (minimum)
Extensive experience in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX
Proven ability to deploy, upgrade, and maintain VCF environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel full-time to various client sites
VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, or equivalent) preferred
Experience working in DoD or government environments preferred
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for VMware deployments preferred
