Support and maintain enterprise virtualization environments using VMware technologies.
Provide operational support similar to a **virtualization-focused help desk / infrastructure support role**.
Troubleshoot and resolve virtualization platform issues across VMware environments.
Assist with configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of virtualization infrastructure.
Work with engineering and operations teams to maintain system availability and performance.
Support virtualization technologies including **vSphere, vSAN, ESXi, and NSX**.
Participate in ongoing infrastructure improvements and modernization initiatives.
Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

Active **TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph** (Langley-issued preferred).
Experience supporting **VMware virtualization environments**.
Working knowledge of:
- VMware **vSphere**
- **vSAN**
- **ESXi**
- **NSX**
Background in one or more of the following:
- System Engineering
- Network Engineering
- Senior Systems Administration
Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.
Experience working in **secure, classified environments**.
