About the role
- Design and develop architectures, methodologies, and best practices for ServiceNow solutions across diverse environments.
- Lead deployments and operations for Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
- Ensure alignment with technology roadmaps; evaluate new technologies and integration approaches.
- Review technical designs for quality, standards compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Influence technical decisions at leadership levels using strong domain expertise.
- Mentor junior team members and promote excellence in software design and development.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of ServiceNow SecOps experience (SIR/VR)
- Strong understanding of CMDB, ITSM processes, and how they support Security Operations
- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow SecOps with SIEM tools (e.g., Tenable, Splunk)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system architecture skills
- Experience designing, integrating, and testing multi-platform software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly Preferred: ServiceNow Security Incident Response Implementation
- Highly Preferred: ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Implementation
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Preferred: CIS – IT Service Management
