About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the Northeast Lead to support institutional marketing / sales efforts generally and specifically, to leverage the time and resources of the Northeast Lead.
- Partner with the Northeast Lead to jointly cover certain high touch existing clients and consultants.
- Develop a targeted outreach program to engage with prospective clients and advisors within the Northeast Lead’s assigned sales territory.
- Travel to and participate in client/ consultant review meetings and client/ consultant/ prospect sales pitches.
- Host and coordinate the internal attendees and prepare presentation materials for investor onsite meetings.
- Work with the Northeast Lead to oversee investor due diligence and client onboarding process.
- Oversee client and prospect communication sales database and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years’ experience supporting the development and execution of marketing strategy for an institutional investments business.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce CRM; Preqin; and Intralinks.
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
- Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with careful attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and ability to work within a team environment.
- Willingness and desire to learn and teach others.
