  • Define key KPIs, build dashboards, and monitor them to make business impact visible and measurable.
  • Document, prioritize, and communicate progress in Jira across product, engineering, and marketing.

What you’ll need
  • You love working with data: exploring, modeling, and improving data quality.

  • Hands-on experience with ML and modern AI techniques from ideation through to user-facing production.
  • Practical experience with LLMs and RAG systems in production or near-production.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing: sample size, significance, common pitfalls, and when an experiment is the wrong tool.
  • Project experience in at least one of the following areas: anomaly detection, trend analysis, marketing-mix modeling, or multi-touch attribution.
  • Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or other platform business models.
