About the role
- Assume management responsibilities while also providing nursing care and support to patients
- Prepare nursing assessments and care plans in close cooperation with the resident, legal guardian, relatives, nursing staff, physicians, and therapists
- Monitor and ensure proper basic nursing and treatment nursing care
- Conduct regular case discussions and nursing rounds
- Assist with creating duty rosters and vacation schedules
- Perform supervisory duties, including instruction, oversight, and duty of care for all nursing staff assigned to the residential unit
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a licensed nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in intensive care
- Compassionate, empathetic approach to our patients (m/f/d)
- Strong communication skills
- Heart and passion for the nursing profession
- High social competence
- Initial leadership experience
