About the role
- Provide guidance, advice and professional supervision to nursing staff in carrying out the nursing process
- Conduct nursing rounds
- Attend and support shift and team meetings
- Personnel management
- Cooperate and liaise with physicians, payers and other institutions
- Oversee office processes (record keeping, billing, payroll, review of service invoices, verification of entries in the electronic/IT system)
- Provide basic and treatment care for clients requiring intensive care
- Evaluate implemented care measures and adjust the care or action plan accordingly
- Ensure professional maintenance of nursing documentation
Requirements
- State-recognized nursing qualification (three-year vocational training)
- At least five years of practical full-time professional experience in nursing
- Experience in (out-of-hospital) intensive care desirable
- Further qualification as a nursing specialist
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Reliability
- Valid driving license (Class B)
