About the role

  • You have a comprehensive understanding of your product (Salesforce CRM system) across the various application areas at pflege.de.
  • You define and prioritize the product roadmap together with your stakeholders and are responsible for the entire product lifecycle.
  • You provide product leadership to your development team and motivate the team to understand customers' challenges.
  • You create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog and prepare refinement sessions and sprint planning.
  • You perform functional testing of developed features against defined acceptance criteria.
  • You promote effective stakeholder communication across various internal departments.
  • You regularly conduct analyses and evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d) in a digital or IT-related environment.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
  • Experience with CRM systems — Salesforce (Sales Cloud) desirable.
  • Proactive and empathetic communication skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge and a strong interest in understanding technical contexts (preferably Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to come to our Hamburg office on average at least 2 days per week.
  • Language level: German at least C2 (near-native/native) and very good to fluent English skills.
