About the role

  • You will work on the ongoing development and optimization of various Salesforce features and processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of practical experience administering/developing a Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud).
  • Degree in an IT-related field or comparable vocational training.
  • Programming skills in Apex or Lightning Web Components (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Knowledge of security and object structure in Sales Cloud and an understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce automation and declarative tools, especially Flows.
  • Experience with deployment pipelines and automated testing is desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for digitization and process automation.
  • Experience with agile working methods (Scrum) and with Jira or other bug tracking tools.
  • Ideally Salesforce certifications — alternatively an active Trailhead profile.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a structured, analytical, and independent working style.
  • Sense of responsibility and willingness to reliably take ownership of tasks and actively contribute to the team’s development.
  • Openness to feedback and motivation for continuous personal development.
  • Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written (B2/C1 level).
  • Willingness to travel to Hamburg once a month for 3–4 days (Mon–Thu).
