About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead operations of Enterprise Travel & Meetings Services
  • Establish and oversee companywide travel and meeting policies
  • Own travel, meeting, and My Anti-Corruption Policy and Procedures (MAPP) processes, systems, and operations
  • Align services strategically with core functions and Pfizer’s Blueprint
  • Determine operating model, budget, and resource allocation
  • Design and implement end-to-end processes using emerging technologies to simplify operations and improve colleague experience
  • Interpret industry trends and develop innovative strategies
  • Lead, manage, direct, develop, and coach direct and extended teams
  • Engage GBS functions, business leaders, and enabling functions on enterprise initiatives
  • Establish and maintain global T&E policies, procedures, and compliance activities
  • Build organizational enablers, professional development tools, and communications channels
  • Drive deployment of enabling systems and tools
  • Own end-to-end MAPP activities, including HCP engagements, operations, and compliance
  • Lead global MAPP process design, architecture, performance management, and strategic transformation
  • Monitor initiatives affecting MAPP people, processes, and technology
  • Manage relationships with Corporate Compliance, Corporate Audit, Digital, and Commercial Operations
  • Maintain effective internal controls and compliance with Pfizer policy
  • Own end-to-end travel and meeting processes, including planning, execution, operations, and compliance
  • Manage travel and meeting suppliers, corporate card programs, meeting budgets, exhibits, and on-site meeting support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 15+ years relevant business experience required
  • Previous work in managing in a large complex environment at a global scale
  • Proven success in leading highly skilled professionals who are leaders of leaders
  • Strong knowledge of Compliance activities related to HCP engagements
  • Strong knowledge of Travel and Meeting, T&E processes, policies and procedures
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers
  • Ability to develop and coach others
  • Ability to oversee and guide colleagues’ work to achieve meaningful outcomes and business impact
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
