Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with extensive relevant experience

- Proven track record of organization-wide technical leadership
- Expert-level business immersion, data integration, full-stack development, multi-audience communication, problem discovery, rapid prototyping and validation, stakeholder management, and team collaboration
- Practitioner-level AI evaluation and verification, AI literacy, AI-augmented development, architecture and design, code quality and review, developer experience, knowledge management, pattern generalization, service management, site reliability engineering, and technical writing
- Working-level cloud platforms, data modeling, DevOps and CI/CD, lean thinking and flow, technical debt management, and time management/deep work
- Ability to work comfortably in any programming language and rapidly acquire new skills
- Ability to architect large-scale data flows and complex multi-component systems
- Ability to design cloud-native solutions, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment strategies
- Ability to establish AI governance, evaluation standards, human-in-the-loop workflows, and verification processes
- Ability to define reliability, documentation, developer experience, and knowledge management standards across teams
