About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop retail-specific, customer-centered strategies and resources supporting Pfizer’s Primary Care Portfolio, including vaccines, antivirals, at-home testing kits, and migraine
  • Identify unmet needs and develop educational resources for the Retail Channel to improve patient wellness and prevention
  • Collaborate with US brand teams, pharmacy account teams, retail customers, advertising agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop and implement retail-specific strategies and tactics across Pfizer’s Primary Care portfolio
  • Lead development of personal and non-personal/digital assets for branded and unbranded campaigns and messaging
  • Identify gaps, direct agencies, and obtain approvals for resources aligned with brand and retail strategies
  • Develop and deploy communications to Customer Facing Colleagues and Retail Pharmacy customers
  • Participate in external customer meetings
  • Maintain a promotional calendar with Retail segment brand leads
  • Develop summary briefs to initiate projects via Workfront/GCMA
  • Lead or support congress planning, booths, and tactics for retail
  • Support Field Force engagement, resource deployment, and POA efforts
  • Optimize program messaging and drive cohesion across brand tactics and touchpoints
  • Report to the Sr. Director Portfolio Strategy Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6+ years of experience
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare-related marketing or operations within the retail segment
  • Solid understanding of the US pharmaceutical environment and Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance guidelines
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills; ability to multitask under pressure
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative idea development
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • Familiarity with the US retail pharmacy market landscape and identifying unmet needs for pharmacists and consumers/patients
  • Vaccines or antiviral market experience strongly preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working effectively with external stakeholders
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, raise, solve, and prevent issues
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee and guide colleagues’ work
  • Some domestic travel may be required
  • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
