About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and prepare information for earnings releases, Form 8-K, Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, the online Annual Report, Proxy Statement, Registration Statements and other filings
  • Assist in reviewing selected financial information in corporate filings
  • Lead review of XBRL and ensure compliance with XBRL requirements
  • Partner with stakeholders to automate datasets feeding financial statements and footnotes reported to the SEC
  • Leverage technology to deliver complete, accurate and timely external financial reporting information
  • Support internal and external auditors during audits and interim reviews
  • Review competitor and public-company disclosures to identify reporting practices and disclosure improvements
  • Guide or lead consolidation and integration of acquired companies and reporting of discontinued operations
  • Partner with Treasury, Corporate Governance/Legal, Investor Relations and Global Business Services on corporate projects
  • Prepare and review other financial statements and reports as needed
  • Facilitate team alignment, own team milestones and deliverables, and potentially lead operational teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
  • CPA
  • 5-7 years of combined experience with Big 4 and publicly held multinational companies
  • In-depth knowledge of reporting and financial SEC compliance
  • XBRL knowledge and experience
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with Workiva’s WDesk software
  • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Excel
  • Strong technical acumen, analytical and financial reporting skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial systems, processes and controls
  • Experience working with multiple levels, including executive level, functions and regions; ability to partner without a direct reporting relationship
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage time, forecast and plan resource requirements, and multitask
  • Ability to carry out responsibilities with a sense of urgency
  • Overtime during quarters and at year-end is required, and throughout the year to meet deliverables
  • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, for problem solving and productivity
  • Demonstrated curiosity about improving outcomes with AI and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
  • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Requires permanent work authorization in the United States
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
