About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Make professional presentations to targeted doctors in the assigned territory
Call on practicing physicians, hospitals, and other health-related organizations/personnel
Present approved indications of Pfizer products to increase prescriptions
Submit call reports regarding doctors and chemists
Follow the approved tour program and make planned calls
Arrange Product Group Meetings with doctors
Update knowledge on competitive products and report competitors’ promotional and marketing activities
Provide feedback to the manager and marketing group on promotional activities
Coordinate with distributors to maintain product stock availability at retail outlets
Execute plans to increase prescription flow from identified doctors and report findings
Forward doctors’ technical queries to the Medical Division
Maintain proper dressing, records, detailing kit, and vehicle
Submit expenses and leave plans by deadlines
Provide information about competitive activities to HRM, SM, and Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Science graduate; Pharmacy education preferred
1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical selling
Adequate knowledge of assigned products and competing products
Professional presentation and selling skills
Ability to maintain doctor and chemist contact records and call records
Ability to prepare weekly and monthly call plans
Ability to submit scheduled reports
Ability to coordinate with distributors and retail outlets
Proper maintenance of records, detailing kit, and vehicle
