About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy and execution of Medical Education initiatives for Prevnar 20 Adult
  • Lead KOL engagement and advancement of the Prevnar 20 adult clinical narrative
  • Partner with Medical to compliantly translate emerging data into commercial relevance and evolve the brand story
  • Collaborate with agencies and U.S./Global brand teams to keep the Medical Education strategy competitive and responsive to market dynamics
  • Work with Field Leadership to incorporate customer insights and enable effective execution of Medical Education programs
  • Partner with Medical, Sales, Global teams, and agency partners to strengthen the brand’s competitive position and drive business results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • HCP marketing experience required; Medical Education experience preferred
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Change agile and dependable; ability to create deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership
  • Demonstrated success maintaining productive, collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities, including influencing and collaborating with peers, developing and coaching others, and overseeing and guiding colleagues’ work
  • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
